Longer & Modular Wheelchair Ramps Provided by Access Mobility Equipment
Aluminum Wheelchair Ramps
Straight ramp with ADA compliant handrails

Modular Ramp Systems:

These aluminum modular ramps can be constructed in almost any length and/or any configuration of turns or angles.

Aluminum Vs. Wood Construction:

These aluminum ramp solutions are the more cost effective, less maintenance intensive and better appearing alternatives to building a wooden construction ramp.  Here are the benefits:

Aluminum ramps require no concrete footers, wooden ramps require concrete foundations
Aluminum ramps usually require no building permits, wooden ramps usually do require building permits
Aluminum ramps are modular and can be removed or changed easily.  Wooden ramps are permanent.

Aluminum ramps require no yearly maintenance such as the stain or paint required for wooden ramps.

Aluminum ramps have an 850 pounds weight capacity to accomodate heavy powered wheelchairs and riders.

Basic Information:

Usually, ramps are configured with 1 foot of ramp present, for every inch of rise to the top surface for 5 degree incline.
The 5 degree incline is the ADA standard.
Ramps are available with the ADA compliant handrails with enclosed end loops.
Ramps are ordered and usually arrive within 10 days and usually are constructed within a few hours.
